Graduate Counseling

Helping people, listening and giving guidance to those in need are some of the abilities that specialists of the counseling profession bring to their field. A desire to aid, comfort and assist individuals and families through difficult periods and personal issues allow counselors to make a difference in today's sometimes trying world.

Professional counselors practice in a variety of settings from outpatient, inpatient and community mental health agencies, individual and group private practice, and similar settings where counseling and mental health services are required.

By assisting people with personal, family, mental health, social, educational, and career decisions, problems and concerns, counselors help improve individuals' lives and the health of our community.
