| Please know that
it is not the responsibility of the tutor to “rewrite” your
paper, or to correct all the errors, but to make sure
you are addressing the requirements of the assignment,
and that basic grammar, sentence structure, and correct-writing
fundamentals are being followed.
Before sending your paper, please make sure you have:
- developed your introduction, and narrowed it down to
your thesis
- used transitions to move from one paragraph to another
- developed each paragraph keeping the overall thesis
in mind
- make sure your conclusion is not just a restatement
of specific facts already presented in your paper, but
brings a conclusion to your thesis.
- used the spell checker
The tutor will read, and make notations in
red on your paper, then send it back to you via email.

Every attempt will be made to
answer your request as soon as possible, but please do
not wait until the last minute, and then expect an immediate
answer. All responses are dependent on the ARC schedules
of the writing tutors.
