FORT WORTH, Texas - The Texas Wesleyan golf team has been selected to recieve a $5,000 grant from the Bank of America Colonial Golf Tournament and Colonial Country Club Charities.
Wesleyan golf has been a past recipient of this award, which funds the team's Colonial Golf Scholarship Endowment.

     "We are extremely honored to receive such an award," head coach Kevin Millikan said. "The Bank of America Colonial Golf Tournament and Colonial Country Club Charities have been long-time supporters of Wesleyan golf. Because of their help, deserving student-athletes are able to achieve their academic goals."

     The Wesleyan golf team has enjoyed success on the course as well, earning a No. 5 national ranking according to GolfStat. The Rams will be back in action Feb. 28-March 1 at the Pfieffer/Pine Needles Invitational in Southern Pines, N.C.
