     FORT WORTH, Texas - The Lady Ram softball team dropped both games of the doubleheader against Southeastern Oklahoma State Thursday afternoon at Lady Savage field.

     Texas Wesleyan (2-2) lost the first game of the double header, 7-1, and were shutout, 2-0, in the second game.

     The NCAA Division II Lady Savages (2-0) collected their nine runs off of twelve hits in the doubleheader.

     For game one, freshman Amanda Milam (0-1) surrendered seven runs on six hits, while walking seven batters in six innings of work to pick up the loss.

     In game two, freshman Maria Morones (0-1) had a strong outing for the Lady Rams. The Weatherford, Texas native gave up two runs on six hits in six innings of work, but it wasn't enough to pull out a victory as the Lady Rams left four runners on base.

     Freshman Rachel Hampton led the Lady Ram offensive going 2-for-6, driving in the team's lone run of the doubleheader.

    Texas Wesleyan will be back in action Saturday, when they travel to take on Howard Payne in a doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m.
