FORT WORTH, TX:  The Texas Wesleyan University volleyball team moved from 11th to 9th in the latest NAIA National Poll released on Wednesday.

Texas Wesleyan closed out the regular season on Saturday with a 3-1 win over John Brown.  They finished with a sparkling 16-0 mark in Red River Athletic Conference play and a 27-3 record overall.  In addition they continue to ride a school record 26-match winning streak.

Next on the schedule for the Lady Rams is the RRAC Tournament, which will be hosted by Houston Baptist University this Friday and Saturday.  Texas Wesleyan will meet Texas College in their quarterfinal match on Friday.  That contest is scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m.  If they defeat Texas College, then they would play the winner of Texas A&M International and College of the Southwest at 5:00 p.m.
