A two-run homer from Chris Palmer got the scoring started in the second inning.  The floodgates opened in the third when Texas Wesleyan sent 15 hitters to the plate and scored eleven runs on eight hits highlighted by freshman Taylor Miller’s first career home run, a two-run shot that cleared the grandstand in right field.

Tabor scored its lone run in the fourth, but Texas Wesleyan batted around again in the sixth inning, scoring eight more runs.
