FORT WORTH, TX: Texas Wesleyan’s Paco Saracho (Jr., Guadalajara, Mexico) and Mitch Hendon (Sr., Burleson, TX) continue to lead the Fort Worth City Golf Championship entering Monday’s final round.
Saracho followed his tournament-best opening round of 64 with a round of 70 to lead the Collegiate Flight at 134 through 36 holes. Hendon matched his teammate’s card of 70 on Sunday after shooting 66 on Saturday to sit two-shots off the lead at 136.
The Rams’ Kevin Doskocil (Jr., Hillsboro, TX) is five shots back in a tie for seventh in the Collegiate Flight. Former Ram Matt Dunn is currently leading the Champions Flight at 133 (69, 64) through two rounds, while Dan Hahn is seven shots back in third place, and Will Woodring is eight shots off the pace in fourth place. |
