RAMS LEAD AT THE TERRITORY

DUNCAN, OK:  Coming off a win in their season opening tournament last week, the Texas Wesleyan University men’s golf team is leading The Territory Classic after one round.  Texas Wesleyan posted a score of 288 and holds a one-shot lead over Arkansas Tech.

Mitch Hendon continued his outstanding play.  The senior shot even par 70 and is one shot off the lead in third place.  Kevin Doskocil is two-back at 71, while Paco Saracho shot 72.  Armando Villareal and Johnathon Dickerson shot 75 and 79 respectively to round out the Rams’ card.

Arkansas Tech’s Jarred Carlyle and Central Oklahoma’s Brent Cole lead the field of 78 golfers at 69.

The Rams will complete play at The Territory Golf Course with second round action on Tuesday.
