Harris was a two-time 1st-team All-District selection for coach Staci Price at Garland High School. She was named Defensive Player of the Year in 2007. Harris also played for coach David Shaw at Genesis Club Soccer where she was a team captain.
Head coach Josh Gibbs was excited about the addition of Harris to his Lady Rams women’s soccer program. “She will make an immediate impact in the backfield,” commented Gibbs. “We lost some valuable seniors, and she will help fill that hole. Kacee is fast, strong, and very smart on the ball. I’m excited to have her as part of the Texas Wesleyan Family.” The Lady Rams who have won two of the last three Red River Athletic Conference championships, finished at 8-7-3 this season. They featured six All-Conference players including three seniors. |
