LADY RAMS SIGN ARROYO

FORT WORTH, TX:  Texas Wesleyan University head volleyball coach Christy Clawson announced today the signing of Hutto High School product Angelica Arroyo.

Arroyo was a four-time District MVP at setter for coach Janiece Nelson at HHS.  She also earned All-CenTex and All-Williamson County honors in all four years.  In her junior and senior seasons she was named TGCA All-State.

The Lady Rams finished third in the Red River Athletic Conference at 9-2 this season.  They reached the semifinals of the RRAC tournament where they were defeated in a dramatic 5-game match with the eventual champion, Wiley.  The team featured six All-Conference selections.
