The Faculty Training Request
Form is used to assess the training needs of the university faculty
as a whole. This information is used to schedule the training
courses that will be made available throughout the semester and
the frequency in which there courses are offered. This form is
not, however, a means to schedule individual training sessions
and there is no guarantee that the course you request will be
offered at a specific time.
