WELL WOMAN EXPOSITION MARCH 4

Texas Wesleyan will host a Well Woman Exposition from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 4, in the Sid W. Richardson Center. Texas Wesleyan is co-sponsoring the event with Mental Health Mental Retardation of Tarrant County and the Fort Worth Public Health Departments. This social service event will bring 750-1,000 women from all the Metroplex community college campuses as well as women from the surrounding community to our campus for women’s health awareness, free medical service screens, and assistance with an application for free medical benefits. More than 20 organizations will offer attendees free literature and services (HIV screening/contraception, depression screening, mini-manicures, self-defense, blood pressure, heart health, etc). All members of the community are invited to participate and encouraged to share the flyer with your faith community and with anyone who might benefit.

The Sid W. Richardson Center is located at 1100 S. Collard St. on the Texas Wesleyan campus.
