Resources

Resources for setups (tables, chairs, tents, sidewalk signs, etc.) are provided on a first come-first serve basis determined by date of setup request submitted.

If the requestor requires additional resources that are not available through facilities for the setup, the Events Coordinator will provide the requestor with the name and phone number of preferred vendor to contact.

  • Tables & Chairs

The Facilities Department can provide tables and chairs for events up to 180 people. 

  • Marques Signs

The Facilities Department has four (4) signs that can be reserved on a first-come-first-served basis.  Each sign has six lines and each line can hold up to ten characters.

  • Tents
    • The Facilities Department has four canopy-style tents.
    • Tent and outdoor setups are limited to the following months: March 1st – November 15th
    • Tent and outdoor setups are dependent upon weather conditions up to 48 hours before and after the event (rain, wind, thunderstorms, etc.)
    • Setup of tents will not be allowed if wind conditions are predicted to exceed 15 miles per hour up to 24 hours before and after of the event
  • Other Resources
    • Extra power sources
    • Transportation of supplies
    • If renting tables and chairs from a vendor, who performs the setup – the Vendor or TWU personnel?
