Coordinator of New Student Programs

Organizes new student (academic) support programming to facilitate the integration of new students into the life of the University. Plans and implements all new freshman and transfer student orientations. Coordinates the Freshman and Transfer Mentorship Programs. Initiates and maintains contact with new transfer students and refers students to appropriate support services as necessary. International Programs Assistant (part-time, temporary)

The International Programs Assistant will plan, develop, and coordinate social activities and care for the general needs of international students living on campus for the 2012 summer term. In addition to leading 3-4 social activities per week, the International Programs Assistant will ensure international students residing on campus receive 3 meals per day in a contractual arrangement with Aramark, a local food vendor, and/or in addition to trips off-campus.
