Has all office-related data been moved from the employee's personal network space (H: drive) and from the hard drive of the employee's assigned PC to the departmental shared drive (I: drive)?

Once confirmation of termination is received from the Human Resources Department, all of the terminated employee's accounts will be disabled. All data stored on the employee's personal network space (H: drive) and PC hard drive will be deleted at 5:15pm on the date of termination unless other arrangements are made with ICT.
