Wesleyan ID Center

The Wesleyan ID Center is responsible for creating ID cards for students, faculty and staff. These TW Photo ID cards serve as the official university identification and provide students, faculty and staff an electronic identity for use on and off-campus.

Office Information

The ID Center is in the Eunice & James West Library Building, First Floor, Front Desk. Fall and Spring 0ffice hours are:

8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday
8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Friday
9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Saturday
2:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Sunday

To contact the ID center, call (817) 531-4800.

The TW Photo ID card will function as your official form of identification with the university , a Texas Wesleyan library card, and meal plans access. One goal of the ID card project is to reduce the need for separate systems and cards for different functions.

ID Card Information for Students

Any student who has been officially admitted to the University may obtain an ID card. ID cards are required when students arrive on campus. Please bring a photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or another government issued ID card) with you to the ID center.

ID Card Information for Faculty and Staff

TW Employees are eligible for Faculty/Staff ID cards.

  • There is no charge for the first faculty or staff ID. A $10 fee will be charged for a replacement card.
  • If you are a current employee, bring your old ID card or a driver’s license. New employees will need an appointment in process and some type of photo identification.
  • Faculty and staff should avoid going to the ID Center during peak processing times at the beginning of each semester.

Lost/Stolen ID Cards

Individuals who have lost their University ID card or have had it stolen should report it immediately so that it can be deactivated.

There are two options for deactivating ID Cards:

  • During normal business hours, a lost or stolen ID card may be reported by contacting the ID center.
  • The ID card may also be deactivated at any time using the new Lost/Stolen ID Card Web Page.

After deactivating the lost or stolen ID, the cardholder must come to the ID Center to reactivate the card, should it be found. Otherwise, a replacement ID card may be obtained at the ID Center during normal office hours. Photo identification (driver’s license, passport, or government issued ID) is required. A $10 fee will be charge for all replacement cards.
