Careers in Education Administration

With a Master of Education Administration degree, qualified individuals can find careers as education leaders in public and private institutions; positions such as principals, assistant principals, mid-level administrators, instructional supervisors, and superintendents are sought after degree completion.  This degree prepares candidates to serve in their administrative positions at middle schools, elementary schools, junior high schools, secondary schools, and even community service organizations and human service agencies.

Individuals with a Master of Education Administration degree are prepared to take leadership roles in our nation's educational systems and apply their ability to positively impact the learning of all students using their knowledge and skills, displaying integrity and fairness in an ethical manner.  They are looking to develop, implement, administer, and share a vision focused on promoting student learning as well as staff professional growth.  A major task includes the responsibility of managing a school's overall organization, operation, and resources, which in turn produces a safe, efficient, and effective learning environment.
