"While I was attending the Texas Wesleyan University Counseling program it was my full intent to graduate with a professional degree then return to the life I previously knew. Though I was able to succeed in the task of obtaining a professional degree, I was unable to return to life the way I once knew it. As a result of the education, training, and professors I was exposed to in this program, my life was transformed. The life I knew was one of desire and aspiration. I had desires to learn and aspirations to apply what I had learned with the clients I would be involved with in the future. I am proud to say that completing my training transformed my mindset. Though I still have a strong desire to learn as well as the aspiration to apply this knowledge, due to the unequalled training I received, I also have the confidence to truly fulfill those roles. I can never express enough thanks to Texas Wesleyan University for that gift."
