Prior to graduating, you must submit a Graduation Application.

Please be sure to submit your graduation application to Jessica Krizek, Coordinator of Graduate Counseling Programs, before the deadline or a $100 late fee will apply.

If you need to update your address, please fill out an Address Change Form and submit it to the Registrar's Office. 

If you are interested in taking classes at another university to transfer in, please fill out an Enrollment at Another University form and submit it to Jessica Krizek, Coordinator of Graduate Counseling Programs.
