Rachel Horton

Rachel Horton is a freshman political science/English major. She has worked for The Rambler as a staff writer since fall 2007 and joined the senior staff as Web manager in spring 2008. As Web manager, Rachel is responsible for updating, editing and developing The Rambler Web site.
