How do I know what catalog I'm in?

You will be in the catalog that was in effect your first semester at Texas Wesleyan University. If you need information on how to change to a more current catalog (which can have both benefits and drawbacks) please refer to the University Catalog section of the current catalog for policies on changing catalogs.

What if I can’t find the program I want or don’t know what the program codes mean?

Click Program/Major List by School under Additional Resources on the right to see a list of programs and under which catalogs they’re offered. Locate your catalog on the list, and then locate the title of the major that you want in that catalog. All the way on the right you’ll see a list of codes, such as BIO.BS. These correspond to your major, degree, and catalog. There are a few programs which we were not able to build in Degree Audit, especially ones in older catalogs or those such as Liberal Studies which are customized for each student. If your program is not available in Degree Audit, please contact the Office of Student Records.

What if I have the wrong major assigned or want to formally change my major?

You need to come see the Office of Student Records to select the correct major and have an advisor assigned.

I ran my Degree Audit, but it doesn't look right.  There are course substitutions that don't show up and/or some of my transferred coursework isn't properly applied.  What do I do to get it fixed?

Go to Online Forms and print out the Degree Audit Review Request (this form is also available in the Office of Student Records).  Submit your completed form to the Office of Student Records so we can review your Degree Audit and make corrections where appropriate.
