How to Apply

• Download the Housing Contract and read it.

•  Complete the contract initialing each page. Make a copy for yourself and mail the original back to us with a check or money order for $150.

•  No space will be reserved for you until your deposit and signed contract are received in our office.

•  Spaces are available on a first come first served basis.

•  If you would prefer to receive a paper contract mailed to you, please email us at Housing@Txwes.edu or call our office at (817) 413-5000.

•  We have limited short term accommodations. These are typically reserved for distance learning students who need to be on the main campus for a short period of time (2 weeks-2 months). To apply for short term accommodations please download the Short Term Contract and read it. Complete the contract initialing each page. Make a copy for yourself and mail the original back to us with a check or money order for $150.

• Please visit our Health Services web page for information on required immunizations and forms. You will need to turn in an immunization form as well as a bacterial meningitis acknowledgement letter before you may move into University Housing.

Graduate Program of Nurse Anesthesia

• We will reserve 26 spaces for students in the two week Graduate Program of Nurse Anesthesia. In O.C. Hall.  Please fill out the contract titled GPNA 2 Week Contract and submit your housing deposit of $150 in a check or money order to the below address. You may also pay this deposit online. Those not part of the first 26 applicants will be placed on a waiting list and will be notified as space becomes available. We recommend reserving a space at Crossland Studios
