In his second season with the Rams, Aldis garnered two titles, both at the 2005 Newgy-Robo Pong Open.  At that tournament he won Under 22-year-old Singles and Under 2150 Singles. 

Aldis was a finalist in Open Doubles with Tim Aikey at the 2005 Austin Fall Open, and placed seventh at the World University Games Collegiate National Trials.

This year’s notable finishes include semifinal appearances in Under 3800 Doubles with teammate Michael Meier at the Texas Wesleyan September Open, as well as in Under-2000 Singles at the Texas Wesleyan October Open. 

JR VARSITY

Aldis is a junior majoring in athletic training.

Aldis won the Under 3200 Doubles title at the 2005 Buckeye Open with teammate Michael Meier.  He has trained overseas, including an excursion to Japan. 

Aldis graduated from Southwest Atlanta Christian Academy a member of the National Honor Society.  He won a state title in basketball, and also competed on the chess team.
