With an excellent
location, friendly and efficient staff, and a metropolitan area
that offers so much to do and see, the newly renovated Best
Western InnSuites Hotel & Suites is the perfect location for the
2006 NCTTA. Situated on a historic five acre hilltop in the West
Meadowbrook (The Gateway to Great Places) area of Fort Worth and
over looking the downtown Fort Worth skyline, the hotel is located
at the intersection of Interstate 30 and Beach Street, just one
and a half miles east of downtown Fort Worth.
Our beautifully
renovated guestrooms include a selection of 22/2-room Executive
Suites, 3 spacious Presidential Suites with fully equipped
kitchens (perfect for Hospitality and VIP Suites!) 6 signature
Jacuzzi Suites, Queen double-double and single King bedded Studio
Suites. All of our guestrooms are furnished with refrigerators,
microwaves, in-room coffee makers, full size iron & ironing
boards, hairdryers and electronic card-key locks. Every room has
FREE high-speed Internet access.

The rate is valid for
1 to 4 people per room. Occupancy tax will be 15%. Cutoff date
to make reservations will be March 24, 2006. After that date
hotel cannot guarantee rates or availability. The Best Western
InnSuites will offer (1) complimentary Jacuzzi Suite room night
per every (30) paid and consumed room nights OR (1) complimentary
Presidential Suite room night per every (40) paid and consumed
room nights. The Best Western InnSuites Hotel will offer (8)
Studio Suites at a special discounted rate of $39.99 plus tax per
night for tournament staff. The Best Western InnSuites Hotel will
offer (1) complimentary Studio Suite for (2) inspection times.
The Best Western
InnSuites Hotel will offer complimentary airport transportation
with (2) hotel vans in service. There may be a wait because of
the distance to and from DFW with volume arrivals of which we
would like to advise the guest. “The T” offers transportation on
their “Airporter Service” to downtown Fort Worth for a cost of
$12.00 per person one way. Best Western InnSuites Hotel can pick
up from the downtown Fort Worth Airporter Terminal in a hotel van
on a complimentary basis.
The hotel will offer
complimentary transportation to and from Sundance Square for
attendees with the (2) vans in service with advance notice. The
Best Western InnSuites Hotel could supplement transportation
arranged between the Hotel and University when the vans are not in
use to DFW International and downtown Fort Worth.
