Location: Thad Smotherman Theatre in the Law Sone Fine Arts Building

Consisting of: Cold readings from the script. Auditioners should expect to remain at the theatre for the entire time so that the director can see multiple pairings and groups.

Those auditioning are advised to read the script closely to familiarize themselves with the characters and action of the play.  Additional research into the characters and history of the Scott Expedition will be helpful.

Scripts are available for checkout in the Theatre Office with a $5.00 cash deposit.

There will be a sign up sheet posted on the Callboard by the Theatre Office along with audition forms for those auditioning to fill out and bring to the audition.

Please note that there will be rehearsals on January 12th from 2-5pm and January 13th from 3-6pm

with possible callbacks on Tuesday november 25th

The auditions will consist of a musical selection from the show and cold readings from the script.

Sheet music is available in the:

Theatre Department office: Dan Waggoner Annex Room 100

or in the Music Department Office: Ann Waggoner Building Room 201

Sides from the script will be available in the Theatre office Monday November 17th

Scripts for the plays are available in the Theatre Department Office for a 48 hour check

out period with a $5 refundable deposit.

Scripts for the Musical are available in the Theatre Department Office

for a 24 hour check out period

with a $10 refundable deposit.

If available, we will also place scripts on reserve in the library for check out under the course Practicum.
